Remembering Betty Jones Maze
April 4, 1934 - August 11, 2025
Betty was a precious woman who raised 3 children with her husband. She worked at Cokes Camera in their dark room for years then retired. Deciding to work with Goodwill in Macon, she blessed so many that she met and worked with. She will always be remembered as a quiet, strong and solid Christian woman. We thank God for her life and that she shared it with us at Glad Tidings!
Remembering Jerry Chalker
On February 3, 2025 we lost a pillar of our church, Jerry William Chalker. He and his wife, Carolyn contributed to Glad Tidings for over 40 years. He was an administrator in the computer department of Robins AFB until he retired after just over 30 years and highly thought of by his staff and all he worked with. He will be missed but we know he's rejoicing around the throne of God. We thank God for Jerry, or as so many called him "Bro. Chalker", and that future and hope that one day we will meet him again.
